Shipping Information
All shipping is via UPS. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, or to APO or PFPO addresses.
Please provide street addresses with apt. # if applicable. We cannot be responsible
for delays if you do not provide sufficient or correct address information. Please
include telephone numbers for rural route and state road addresses.
Important Weather Note: Chocolate may be shipped safely via Standard Delivery during
cool weather to temperate climates. During warm weather and to warm climates, we
will include special insulating wrap and ice packing to protect your chocolates at
no additional charge. However, due to heat and distance, some locations will
require 2nd Day Delivery or Next Day Delivery at additional cost per address. See
Shipping & Handling chart.
Standard Delivery may be used year round to the following states:
ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, NY, NJ, PA, VA, DE, WA, WV, MD. Standard Delivery may take
up to 7 business days.
2nd Day or Next Day Delivery must be used to all other states from April 15 to
October 15, or whenever temperatures are above 60°F. 2nd Day Delivery must be used
to warm climate states (above 60°F) year round.
Orders received after 3 p.m. EST will ship the following day. Because of temperature
variations and to ensure the quality of our chocolate, we may choose NOT to ship
over a weekend, therefore we cannot ensure Monday deliveries.
Shipping charges are per recipient address.
